Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and shipping details.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all orders over €30.
For orders under €30, a small flat-rate shipping fee may apply at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your package’s journey in real time.
If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@covervaultco.com.
Delayed or Lost Packages
In rare cases, packages may experience delays due to customs inspections, weather conditions, or postal service issues.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days, please contact us and we’ll assist you with a replacement or refund.
