We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


How to Request a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@covervaultco.com with:

  • Your order number,

  • A brief description of the issue, and

  • Photos or videos showing the problem (if applicable).

Our support team will review your request within 1–2 business days and guide you through the process.


Non-Returnable Items

Because each order is custom-packed and shipped from our international partners, we cannot accept returns for reasons of buyer’s remorse, such as:

  • Choosing the wrong phone model or color,

  • Change of mind after the order has shipped.

Please double-check your phone model before placing an order.


Refunds

If your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.

In some cases, we may offer a partial refund or reshipment depending on the issue.


Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 25 business days, please contact us.
We’ll investigate with our logistics partners and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.


Exchanges

If you received the wrong model or color, we’ll send the correct one at no extra cost.
You won’t need to return the incorrect item in most cases.
